Welcome to AI To-Do Life Habit Reminder, developed and maintained by Hardik Bhesaniya, Gujarat, India.

By downloading, installing, or using AI To-Do Life Habit Reminder (the “App” or “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or access the App.

4. AI Features and Disclaimer

AI To-Do Life Habit Reminder uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to provide smart suggestions, motivational prompts, productivity insights, and personalized habit recommendations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs are computer-generated and based solely on your input and usage data.

  • AI responses may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.

  • The app is intended for self-improvement and productivity support, not professional guidance.

  • The app does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.

  • You are responsible for any actions or decisions taken based on AI recommendations.

Hardik Bhesaniya is not liable for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers free features and optional premium subscription plans that unlock additional features such as advanced AI analysis, progress tracking, and cloud backup.

Payment and Renewal

  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the subscription’s expiration.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings.

Refunds

All billing, cancellation, and refund requests are processed by the App Store or Google Play Store under their respective policies.
Hardik Bhesaniya cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through those platforms.

6. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription:

On iPhone:

  1. Open Settings → Tap [Your Name] → Subscriptions

  2. Select AI To-Do Life Habit Reminder

  3. Tap Cancel Subscription

If you cancel, your premium access will remain active until the current billing period ends.

7. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and ethically. You must not:

  • Enter or share offensive, explicit, or illegal data.

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the Service.

  • Abuse the AI system to create or share harmful, deceptive, or exploitative content.

  • Impersonate another individual or falsify information.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including the App’s design, trademarks, algorithms, and interface, are the intellectual property of Hardik Bhesaniya.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App’s code, visuals, or written material.

  • Use the App’s trademarks or content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Usage

This App is not intended for users under 18 years of age.
If we become aware that a minor has registered or provided personal information, that data will be deleted promptly.

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.

  • You misuse the AI or attempt to disrupt the system.

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
